1934 SA photo publication - rare
SA Standartenführer Kubitz
Unsere Standarte 100, July 1934
SA Standartenführer Kubitz
Nazi SA advertising Dresden 1934
Unsere Standarte 100 (Our Standard 100) was a publication especially for members of the SA Standarte 100 formation from Dresden. SA Truppführer Stadler, the Presse- und Schulungsreferent der Standarte 100, was responsible for the publication of the Kameradschaftblatt of Standarte 100 and this is the special Vacation Edition of July 1934. We have never seen another example of any similar SA Standarte publication - it is extremely rare.
SA-Standartenführer Otto Kossatz

SA Gruppenführer Dr. Heinrich Bennecke
SA Standarte 100 Dresden
The rest of the publication consists mainly of photos and biographies of the leadership and lower-ranking members of SA Standarte 100 from Dresden. The portrait photos show them in uniforms with a caption that usually gives the person’s age, the date when he joined the SA and Nazi Party, etc. and many were early joiners of the Nazi Party.

The biographical paragraphs have more details about their World War I service, membership in the SA and Nazi Party, SA service memories and experiences (including arrests). Among them are Gruppenführer Dr. Heinrich Bennecke (who participated in the 9 November 1923 Hitler-Putsch), SA-Oberführer Max Solbrig, SA-Standartenführer Otto Kossatz, Sturmbannführer Dr. Hallmann, SA-Sturmhauptführer Pech, Obersturmführer Berthold Dressler, Obersturmführer Berthold Schmidt, members of the press division of SA Standarte 100, etc.
SA Sturmführer Ernst Knauer
This rare 6-¼ x 9 inch, 104-page heavily illustrated Nazi photo publication has a foreword by SA Truppführer Stadler inside the front cover. The leader of SA Standarte 100 was Standartenführer Kubitz, and he wrote the 2-page introduction with the title Die Treue der alten SA (The Loyalty of the Old SA).
There are also photos of the SA men from Dresden marching at rallies in Berlin and Bernau, during gatherings in 1931 and 1932 when the SA was outlawed, during the NS-Flugtag in 1933, as well as the lyrics to the new Kampflied or Battle Song of the Sachsen group.

There are several pages of advertising by companies in Dresden selling SA clothing (including Braunhemden), upholstery for NSDAP offices, furniture, signs, pins and badges, National Socialist literature, etc.
SA-Obersturmführer Willi Lehmann
This very rare 86+ year old SA photo publication Unsere Standarte 100 is complete and in very nice used condition. There is some wear to the top and bottom of the spine but the book has no writing in it and has no odor.
